Re-Downloading Procedure:

  1. Forward your email receipt from purchase to support@software4parents.com
  2. A new download link will be automatically sent back to you if you email us a valid purchase receipt.
  3. If you do not have a receipt then you will need to email the above address with the name of the company that charged your credit card, as well as the amount.
    Looking up orders can take up to 24hours. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that you must FORWARD the email receipt to us, NOT ATTACH it.  Some email programs seem to attach by default.  If you forward us an email receipt and still do not get an automatic email back within 5 minutes, then try CUTTING AND PASTING the receipt into the email.  It will work.
