Exchanging or Refunding A Product

Often if a customer is unhappy with a software product, we can arrange an exchange for a product that will work better with their needs.  Please take a look at our selections of filtering and monitoring products, and if you find something you want to try:

• Fill in a support ticket and indicate which product you'd prefer to try instead
• A support representative will reply within several hours with your download instructions

If you are still in need of a refund to your credit card, and it is within 15 days of your purchase date, we will issue a refund if you:

• Fill in a support ticket - please indicate the reason you are returning the product
• Your refund will be confirmed by email.
• NOTE: Will only issue refunds if the software does not work correctly with your computer.
